Rosslyn has led national and global organisations at management and governance levels. Her focus is on human rights and their integration into policy and practice.

She was Aotearoa New Zealand’s Chief Human Rights Commissioner for 10 years and was made a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2020 for her services to human rights.

She advises governments, corporates and major public agencies.
